Responsibilities
As an Inpatient Therapist, you will play a key role in the treatment and recovery process for patients experiencing mental health challenges. Duties include:
- Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy services
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented group therapy sessions
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate comprehensive discharge planning
- Connect patients and families with appropriate community resources and aftercare services
- Participate in daily interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum of Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience in inpatient psychiatry, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or hospital-based mental health services preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
