What are the responsibilities and job description for the B2B Field Marketing Specialist position at Ally Property Inspections?
BEFORE YOU APPLY, ASK YOURSELF
→ Do you get energy from being in a group of people you don't know yet?
→ When you leave a networking event, are you more charged up than when you arrived?
→ Do people tend to trust you quickly — and do you genuinely want to earn that trust, not just use it?
→ When you're given autonomy, do you run with it — or do you find yourself waiting to be told what's next?
If you answered yes to most of those, keep reading. If you hesitated on more than one, this role might not bring out your best.
THE ROLE
This is a field-based position representing home inspection companies in the Atlanta metro market. Your job is to build real relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and office staff that drive consistent referral business for our clients.
You won't be sitting behind a screen. You'll be out in offices, at agent meetings, and at industry events. You are the face of the brand in the field, and the quality of your presence is the product.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Visit real estate offices and build ongoing relationships with agents and brokers across the Atlanta metro
- Represent the brand at networking events and industry gatherings
- Follow up consistently and thoughtfully — people should be glad to hear from you
- Track your activity and report on relationship progress (we keep it simple)
- Collaborate with your marketing manager to refine messaging and targeting
- Be the eyes and ears on the ground — your field intel shapes strategy
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF
→ Walking into a room full of new people feels like an opportunity, not an obstacle
→ You hate being micromanaged because you already hold yourself to a higher standard
→ You remember names, follow through on small promises, and notice when someone needs a little more warmth
→ You're comfortable with a schedule that looks different every day and you prefer it that way
→ You take rejection lightly and persistence seriously
→ You believe in what you're representing — or you won't do the job well, and you know it
BACKGROUND THAT TRANSLATES WELL
We're not looking for a specific résumé. We're looking for a specific person. That said, experience in any of the following tends to produce great candidates:
- Hospitality
- Customer-facing sales
- Real estate (any role)
- Event coordination
- B2B account management
- Community outreach
- Brand ambassador work
At least 1 year in a people-facing role is preferred. What matters more is that you can point to moments where you built trust with strangers and turned them into repeat relationships.
COMPENSATION
Hourly base rate performance bonus tied to relationship milestones and referral activity. Details shared during the interview process. This is a full-time position with a predictable income floor and real upside for people who show up and build.
