The Opportunity
Location: Hybrid role in Costa Mesa, CA (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
The Work Itself
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer partners, supporting them with claims-related questions and guiding them through the claims process.
- Gather, review, and submit loss details to the appropriate claims teams, helping ensure information is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently.
- Communicate with dealer partners by phone, email, and in person to provide updates, address concerns, and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Advocate for dealer needs internally and with third-party partners by sharing feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping drive effective solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Ally’s products, policies, and processes to confidently answer questions and provide clear, helpful guidance.
- Recognize potential issues or escalations early, partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, and work toward prompt and effective resolution.
The Skills You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 years of experience
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in the insurance industry required; commercial insurance experience preferred.
- Current producer and/or adjuster license, or the ability to obtain appropriate licensing in required states.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate issues thoughtfully and effectively.
- Demonstrated accountability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with dealer partners and internal teams.
- Proven commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Familiarity with claims processing is a plus.
