What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Carpenter position at Ally Construction?
We’re hiring a Lead Finish Carpenter at Ally Construction. This is not a framing or demo role. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in the final 10% of a project… the details that actually make or break the job. Our work is primarily residential remodels in the East Bay Area, and this position is responsible for punch work, finish carpentry, and getting projects across the finish line at a high level. You’ll be expected to work independently, solve problems without constant direction, and maintain a clean, professional job site. If you’re the type of person who notices when something is slightly off and fixes it instead of ignoring it, this is probably a good fit. Pay is competitive for the Bay Area and based on experience.
