Production Coordinator, Millwork Responsibilities
Coordinate and input detailed orders for manufacturing, delivery, and installation of millwork materials.Review purchase orders and selections to ensure accuracy and completeness.Enter and manage orders in RFMS, ensuring all data is timely and correct.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency.Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to leadership.Verify job cost data and pricing to align with builder agreements.Investigate and resolve billing issues as needed.Ensure all job-related information is accurately communicated across departments.
Production Coordinator, Millwork Job Requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Experience with RFMS and / or millwork is a plus.Familiarity with new home construction or residential building is helpful.
