Ally Building Solutions is a premier provider of interior finish solutions to builders across Florida. Our Account Executives are the engine of our business managing builder relationships, identifying opportunities, and representing a full product offering that includes flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, window treatments, millwork and specialties.
We're adding an Account Executive to our Orlando team! Not to fill a gap, but because the market warrants it and we're selective about who we grow with.
Success in this role looks like building a book of business from the ground up, earning the trust of builders in one of Florida's most active residential construction markets, and becoming a consistent contributor to a team that already performs at a high level.
Responsibilities
• Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with builders across the Central Florida market
• Identify new business opportunities across all product scopes and present tailored solutions to purchasing and construction decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through award, installation, and ongoing account retention
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline with consistent follow-up and accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with internal operations, estimating, and customer care teams to ensure a seamless experience for builder partners
• Represent Ally Building Solutions in the field with professionalism and a deep understanding of the residential construction process
• Participate in structured onboarding and continued product and market training
Qualifications
• Experience in outside sales, preferably selling to builders or within the building materials, finishes, or construction products industry
• Proven ability to develop new business relationships and grow a territory
• Strong understanding of the construction process and builder purchasing cycles
• Self-directed with excellent time management, pipeline discipline, and follow-up habits
• Ability to manage multiple builder accounts, communities, and product scopes simultaneously
• Collaborative team mindset with a high personal standard for performance
• Florida market knowledge preferred; Central Florida market experience a plus
