Responsible for providing direct clinical services to clients and families; refer and link clients to other Allwell services. Provides mental health crisis intervention as needed. Completes and submits all required documentation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provides mental health assessments, individual, group, marital and family counseling/psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
- Referral and linkage to other needed Allwell services as well as referral to other community resources.
- Building relationships with primary care staff.
- Provides clear, concise and prompt feedback to the primary care practitioner.
- Provides behavioral health education as appropriate to the primary care staff.
- Ensures services are delivered professionally and with concern for the client’s well-being.
- Maintains and submits required documentation within the time frame specified by policy
- Attends/participates in Allwell clinical and administrative staff meetings.
