Summary
We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our dedicated team at Allwayz Towing & Transport. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable, towing & roadside services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional expert service around the clock on the South Shore.
Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles.
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Responds quickly to towing requests and emergency situations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle conditions for both police towing, and account customers.
- Collaborate with dispatch to coordinate towing assignments effectively.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license Class D
- Valid CDL
- Will need to have and or be able to get a DOT card.
- Experience or knowledge in automotive repair or related fields is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to safely operate flatbed tow trucks.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to work in different types of weather.
