Sales & Account Manager- Florida
AllWater is a rapidly growing environmental services company specializing in aquatic maintenance and stormwater management for commercial, municipal, and enterprise clients across the Southeast.
As the thought-leader in our industry, demand for our services continues to expand and we are looking for a driven Sales & Account Manager to join our team and help lead our regional growth strategy.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a strong pipeline, develop strategic client relationships, and create long-term value by ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting critical infrastructure.
Please note: This is a Florida-based position, and candidates must reside in Florida.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award
· Develop proposals, pricing, and bid responses for prospective projects, coordinating with operations and technical teams to ensure accuracy
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identifying opportunities for additional services or recurring maintenance contracts
· Maintain accurate contact and opportunity records within the Company CRM system, tracking all leads, proposals, and sales activity and keeping an accurate forecast and meeting all pipeline goals.
Minimum Skills And Competencies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Experience in the aquatic management industry strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in sales demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- At least five years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management in a B2B service environment
· Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with a professional presence
· Experience preparing proposals, bids, or service agreements
· Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, balancing new business development with client relationship management
· Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational discipline
· Experience working with municipalities, commercial property managers, developers, or enterprise clients preferred
