We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in an environment of creativity, ownership, and cutting-edge development. In this role, you'll contribute to designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade financial software, collaborating cross-functionally while continually learning and evolving alongside Allvue’s high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
Solutioning & Engineering
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance core application features that align with business goals.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the application stack to deliver efficient solutions and customizations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for performance optimization, security improvements, and infrastructure efficiency.
- Actively assess and flag bottlenecks or technical challenges within the development life cycle.
- Partner effectively with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and finalize solution designs.
- Provide accurate progress estimates, communicate proactively, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
- Uphold development best practices through code reviews, testing, and validations to maximize code quality.
Technical Skills
- Solid foundation in full-stack web development principles, including frontend and backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Expertise in backend technologies (.NET, Node.js, etc.) and strong ability to integrate frontend and backend systems.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL querying, schema design, and database optimization practices for scalable database operations.
- Familiarity with source control tools, development pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience working within Azure DevOps environments is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in delivering production-ready software and participating in a full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Preferred: Industry experience in financial services or alternative investments, particularly with enterprise applications supporting carry management workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset coupled with the ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
