Canvas Valley Forge is a luxury active adult community (55 ) in King of Prussia, PA where exceptional service and quality living are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, beautiful, and running smoothly while providing outstanding service to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and property inspections.
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents, including painting, drywall repairs, and general maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
- Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supply inventory.
- Deliver friendly, professional service to residents, vendors, and team members.
- Follow all company safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily properties.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills for completing digital work orders.
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality service.
