About the Role:
As the Memory Care Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our memory care neighborhood—ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care in a safe and engaging environment. You’ll guide and inspire a team of caregivers, implement innovative programs, and partner with families to provide the highest quality of life for each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the memory care team to deliver outstanding resident care.
Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based life enrichment activities.
Support residents and families through compassionate communication and guidance.
Ensure compliance with all state and community policies and regulations.
Collaborate with nursing, dining, and operations teams to maintain a holistic care environment.
Train and mentor staff in best practices for dementia care and resident engagement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in memory care, dementia programming, or senior living leadership (required).
CNA, LPN, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
