Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Independent Sales Representative to represent Allure Showroom's luxury brand, build client relationships, and drive sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, enjoy working independently, and have a passion for fashion. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue and exceeding sales goals, and upkeeping existing and new clientele while maintaining Allure’s high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Drive sales by actively reaching out to new and existing clients, showcasing and selling Allure Showroom's luxury collections.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through personalized communication and exceptional customer service.
- Travel for Sales: Hit the road to represent Allure Showroom’s luxury collections at events, client meetings, and trunk shows across various regions.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized advice, assist with product selection, and deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience.
- Self-Management: Independently manage your sales activities, set goals, and track performance to achieve sales targets.
- Reporting: Regularly update the management team on sales progress, customer feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or direct sales is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with product demos and the ability to effectively present products to clients.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of inside sales processes is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members when necessary.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in fashion, luxury goods, or high-end retail.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage your time and sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- A passion for fashion and understanding of current trends.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- A customer-focused mindset with an ability to provide high-end service.
- Must have reliable car to go on the road locally/long distance and transport samples.
- Willingness to travel.
