We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Treatment Coordinators to join our Michigan team.
About the Role
Our Treatment Coordinators are more than sales professionals – they are trusted patient guides who help individuals look and feel their best. In this role, you will meet with patients to understand their goals, recommend effective aesthetic treatment plans, and support them through every step of their journey.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in consultative sales, and loves helping patients gain confidence through education, support, and personalized care.
Key Responsibilites
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate procedures, treatment benefits, pricing, and membership options clearly and accurately.
- Provide education on surgical, non-surgical, skincare, and laser treatment offerings.
- Achieve assigned sales performance metrics and revenue targets.
- Demonstrate effective follow-through and influencing skills to convert consultations into scheduled treatments.
- Recommend additional or alternative services to enhance patient outcomes and support retention efforts..
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients throughout their treatment experience to ensure contiuniuty of care.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries regarding procedures and services.
- Assist with rooming patients, capturing photos, and supporting overall clinic workflow as needed.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, PAs/NPs, aestheticians, and other clinical team members to support coordinated care.
- Uphold professional standards in appearance, communication, and conduct at all times.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven sales experience; cosmetic or medical office experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in business development, consultative sales, or patient-facing roles.
- Strong ability to influence, motivate, and build rapport with patients.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Professional appearance, warm demeanor, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Experience with medical aesthetic lasers is a plus.

- Do you have prior cosmetic surgery or medical office experience?
- Are you willing to travel between Allure Medical office locations as needed to support patient care and clinical consistency? This would include Ann Arbor, Clarkston, Livonia, Shelby Township, Southgate, and Warren.
- Do you have a valid Michigan Esthetician license?
- This position requires working a 4-day schedule, including two (2) 12-hour shifts and two (2) 8-hour shifts per week and every Saturday. Can you commit to this schedule?
