What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Allure Med Spa?
We are looking for a pleasant Full Time Front Desk Receptionist @ Allure Medspa in our Mesa location to undertake all customer service and clerical duties at the desk. You will be the “face” of the company for all clients and will be responsible for providing a great first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and out going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with high volume business and give accurate information. A customer service-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make clients and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Check clients in and out for appointments
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome clients and guests and offer exceptional customer service
- Answer questions and address client issues
- Sell skincare products and VIP memberships
- Coduct reports and client leads to turn into loyal clients.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitoring accurate inventory records and daily reconciliation of daily numbers.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) good organizational and multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving skills
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, peers, and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette. Customer service orientation
- Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions. Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
- Initiative: Taking the initiative to complete all daily tasks and keep busy

Compensation: Hourly plus commission on product sales and membership sales
