- Responsible for answering the phones, answering call-ins and greeting visitors
- Ability to create front desk schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
- Professional and positive attitude and appearance
- Ensure work area is clean and presentable at all times
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is detail-oriented and organized
- Has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Willing to learn new things
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with utilizing computers
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
We offer 24/7 coverage for our residents with a variety of shift options available, including flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Full-time positions are currently open for 3:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday through Saturday (6-hour shifts).
Hourly rates that start at $17.00 hr.
Fulltime Receptionists are eligible for a great benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans and a 401k plan with employer match.
