As a Leasing Consultant, You’ll Be At The Heart Of Our Community! From Creating First Impressions, To Building Relationships, And Driving Leasing Success, Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Connecting with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing everything our community has to offer
- Delivering personalized, engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and value
- Building local partnerships and executing outreach marketing to generate traffic and referrals
- Supporting and contributing to social media marketing efforts to promote the community and engage prospective residents
- Guiding applicants through the leasing process, from application to approval
- Verifying application details and ensuring accuracy in documentation
- Helping the team meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
- Conducting market research and contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategies
- Supporting team operations, including occasional overtime when needed
- Proven leasing and/or sales experience
- Senior living experience? That’s a big plus
- A confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to overcome objections
- Proven ability to create and manage engaging social media marketing content.
