As a Leasing Consultant, You’ll Be At The Heart Of Our Community! From Creating First Impressions, To Building Relationships, And Driving Leasing Success, Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Connecting with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing everything our community has to offer
• Delivering personalized, engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and value
• Building local partnerships and executing outreach marketing to generate traffic and referrals
• Supporting and contributing to social media marketing efforts to promote the community and engage prospective residents
• Guiding applicants through the leasing process, from application to approval
• Verifying application details and ensuring accuracy in documentation
• Helping the team meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Conducting market research and contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategies
• Supporting team operations, including occasional overtime when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven leasing and/or sales experience
• Senior living experience? That’s a big plus
• A confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to overcome objections
• Proven ability to create and manage engaging social media marketing content.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for results
