Hair Stylist for Senior Living

Vancouver Pointe is seeking a licensed Hair Stylist to provide salon services to residents in our vibrant Independent Living community.

At Vancouver Pointe, we help seniors enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle with opportunities for social connection, convenience, and everyday support while maintaining their independence. Our onsite salon provides residents with convenient access to personal care services in a familiar, comfortable, and convenient environment.

We are looking for a dependable, professional, and resident-focused stylist who enjoys working with older adults and takes price in helping clients look and feel their best. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent stylist to build relationships with residents and operate their own salon business within our community.

Position Details

• Current License: Must hold an active Washington State cosmetology license.
• Professional Liability Insurance: Must maintain their own professional liability insurance.
• Independent Business: The stylist manages their own appointments, schedule, and service pricing.
• Direct Client Payments: Residents book services directly with the stylist and payments are made directly to the stylist.
• Salon Lease: A monthly sales lease fee applies.
• Flexible Schedule: The current client base supports approximately two days of salon services per week, with the opportunity to grow your business by generating additional client interest among our community of 125 residents.
