Allure is a growing agency seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with extensive home health experience from both clinical and quality documentation perspective. Key Responsibilities
- Review OASIS, visit notes, and physician orders before billing
- Review and ensure correct coding to ensure submission of clean, compliant claims
- Use your clinical judgment to ensure skilled need and medical necessity are supported
- Identify documentation issues early and work with clinicians to fix them
- Manage claim rejections, denials, and follow-ups
- Partner with intake, QA, and leadership to keep AR healthy and audits clean
- Initially, the role will include referral intake review and visit scheduling, with this duty lessening as we grow and add staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license (required)
- Home health experience (required)
- Strong understanding of OASIS and PDGM
- Familiarity with Medicare billing rules
- Experience with home health EMRs (WellSky a major plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicating with clinicians

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
