Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes to physicians
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Promote resident dignity, privacy, and quality of care
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Tube feedings
- Catheter care
- Suctioning
- Colostomy and drainage care
- Range of motion assistance
- End-of-life care
- Current Illinois RN or LPN License in good standing
- CPR Certification required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions
- Competitive Pay: $34 - $39 HOURLY
