About the Role:

As the Memory Care Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our memory care neighborhood—ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care in a safe and engaging environment. You’ll guide and inspire a team of caregivers, implement innovative programs, and partner with families to provide the highest quality of life for each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the memory care team to deliver outstanding resident care.
• Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based life enrichment activities.
• Support residents and families through compassionate communication and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all state and community policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing, dining, and operations teams to maintain a holistic care environment.
• Train and mentor staff in best practices for dementia care and resident engagement.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in memory care, dementia programming, or senior living leadership (required).
• CNA, LPN, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
