Key Responsibilities
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation
Prior Leadership Or Management Experience Preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
