Responsibilities:
- Assist in all dietary functions as directed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures
- Prepare and deliver meals, serving trays, and clearing the main dining room
- Wash dishes and equipment, as well as thoroughly clean the work area
- Stock the store room and retrieve stock as needed
- Prepare and distribute snacks to the nursing department
- Take out trash, sweep and mop floors, and perform other custodial duties
- Invite and arrange for families to eat with their residents periodically
- Clean and sanitize carts and equipment, and take out garbage and recycling

- Ability to follow established dietary policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Per Diem
- $15 HOURLY
