Allure Healthcare Management is a Nursing Home Management company located in Niles, IL (Chicago) doing business for five years. We are currently managing 15 facilities located in Illinois.
The company seeks an employee to ensure the office with operate with ease. This job is a in office position.
Allure is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager who can grow with the company and enjoy the benefits of a health insurance plan and matching 401k.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet guests and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone
Maintain front desk and verify that supply orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times.
Ensure the mail is delivered to the proper departments.
Ability to maintain professional demeanor under stress and operate within customer support standard and operating procedures.
Update office calendar and order business cards for department heads as needed
Scanning in house files to Share Point
Other office duties as required.
Answer phones
Answer door
In charge of stock room
Place all orders
Keep track of conference room
Mail out all the checks and all fed exes
Responsible of mail machine
Type correspondences
Orders business cards
PCC access for new employees
When the company has trainings we will need you to take active roll.
This job will evolve and grow and we can re-vist what the changes are n 6 months.
