What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Associate position at Allure Couples Store?
We are looking for an energetic addition to our team!
At Allure Couples Store we focus on helping out community become more educated and involved in exploring their pleasure and excitement! As a retail sales associate you are expected to help customers find both smoke shop products as well as adult novelty products. While a retail background is preferred, a lot of our training is on the job regarding our products and policies, so you can learn as you work! Retail sales associates are responsible for performing sales, restocking inventory and generally keeping a clean and positive environment for our customers.
A retail associate should:
- maintain a clean store
- maintain an upbeat and friendly store environment
- maintain an open-minded and approachable attitude
- assist customers with questions regarding products and assist in finding appropriate options
- have an ability to upsell a customer on relative products
- be willing to learn out POS for sales, inventory and other store matters
- be communicative with you manager and fellow team members
There are no required previous education or skills, however we do prefer someone with retail or customer service experience!
