Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Power BI and Tableau Developer with over 10 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Microsoft BI technologies and hands-on experience building robust and scalable dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy intuitive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions.
Develop data models and optimize datasets for performance and scalability.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources into BI tools.
Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and performance.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide documentation, training, and support to end users on BI tools and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10 years of experience in BI development, with a strong focus on Power BI and Tableau.
Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Excel, and SQL Server.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent.
Experience integrating Power BI with Azure services and APIs.
