Allure Affair is seeking an experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Lead Wedding Planner to join our growing team. This is a leadership-level opportunity designed for a planner who is ready to manage clients independently while growing under an established and expanding brand.

This is not an assistant role — this is a client-facing leadership position with long-term growth potential.

Role Overview

As a Lead Planner, you will manage weddings from inquiry through execution. You will receive both company-routed leads and may also bring your own clients under the Allure Affair brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting client consultations
• Managing vendor communication
• Developing detailed timelines
• Overseeing design elements (when applicable)
• Leading rehearsal coordination
• Fully executing wedding day logistics
• Managing assistants and vendor flow on-site

Compensation Structure

This role follows a tiered growth model:

Phase 1 – First 5 Weddings (Supported Leadership)

• 40% of total contracted planning fee
• Founder will be on-site for mentorship and brand alignment

Phase 2 – Independent Lead Planner

• 65% of total contracted planning fee
• Planner leads weddings independently

This is an independent contractor, per-event compensation role.
