What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients in various settings
- Work with a broad client population; experience or interest in working with ages 7 is a plus, though not required
- Assess needs, develop treatment plans, and support clients in achieving their goals
- Collaborate with care coordinators, medical providers, and other team members to deliver whole-person, integrated care
- Refer clients to additional internal or external services as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Minnesota licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or related)
- Clinical trainees are welcome to apply—we’ll provide supervision and mentorship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passion for improving access to mental health care in a rural community
Salary : $72,995 - $84,499
