Member Experience Specialist I

At Alltru, our Member Experience Specialist plays an instrumental role in delivering on our mission to our members: Save you money. Make you money. Save you time. That’s why we exist. Serving as the credit union’s first point of contact, our Member Experience Specialist greets members, manages the branch lobby and supports the retail branch operations team.  The position is responsible for processing and auditing new accounts/loans, logging and communicating findings, providing information and recommendations to members on appropriate products and services as well as assisting members with various administrative account-related requests.  The Member Experience Specialist also performs teller functions as necessary to ensure the best member experience.

As a Member Experience Specialist, the ideal candidate has:

• A high school diploma
• Two (2) years of proven retail and sales experience (bank or credit union environment preferred)
• Passion for sales and delivering exceptional service
• Strong business acumen and financial industry knowledge
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills 
• Desire to collaborate and preference to work in a team environment
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet
