Are you an accomplished financial services professional with two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a direct/indirect lending environment, with working knowledge of deposit products and teller line operations? Our Retail Manager in Training will be successful in:
- Delivering a high level of member service to internal and external members in alignment with the credit union’s Service Promises.
- Developing a strong understanding of Alltru’s policies, procedures, and systems relevant to the Member Experience Manager position.
- Gaining knowledge of Alltru’s employee development, people management, and employee life-cycle practices by participating in training and development opportunities as assigned.
- Cross training and building working knowledge of Alltru’s retail banking and contact center positions and their core role responsibilities including, Member Experience Representative, Member Experience Specialist, Member Experience eSpecialist, Member Experience vSpecialist, and Member Relationship eRepresentative.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or related field. (Desired)
- Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a financial institution.
- Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a direct/indirect lending environment, with hands on experience with deposit products, and working knowledge of teller line operations.
- Strong communication skills; clearly defining performance expectations and holding others accountable for meeting established standards.
