Charter Billing/Payroll Specialist

Alltown Bus Service Join our team at our Skokie location. This is an onsite position, working Monday - Friday with the pay $26-$29 depending on experience. The duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our operations department and work closely with finance and payroll. Primarily working with different departments to track time and attendance on a weekly basis making sure employees are paid accurately. Providing timely and accurate invoices to our customers by planning, directing, and supervising the billing related work activities of all employees at the operations level. Responsibilities: Assisting with billing customers and organizing invoices Assisting preparation for weekly payroll Accounts Receivable Working with Charter department to ensure accurate payments and billing. Preparing month-end billing Supervising customer overpayment, underpayment, /on account cash, etc. with branch managers. Other duties as assigned Requirements: 2 years experience in a professional environment Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word Experience working with Workday is preferred Strong communication (oral and written), and listening skills Ability to successfully work as an individual or as part of a team Demonstrated Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Time Management and Prioritization Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Live our Core Values Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
