What You'll Do
You're not just fixing leaks — you're protecting homes and earning trust. You'll handle service, repair, and installs across residential and light commercial plumbing systems using both craftsmanship and emerging technology.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems with precision and professionalism
- Educate customers on options, upgrades, and maintenance solutions
- Install and service fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and drain systems
- Use modern plumbing technology — digital inspection tools, smart leak detection, and paperless invoicing systems
- Keep jobsites clean, safe, and code-compliant
- Represent JR Snider with confidence, respect, and pride
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of plumbing service experience (residential or light commercial)
- Tech-forward mindset — comfortable using tablets, apps, and smart diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable team player with integrity and initiative
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Based in or near Fauquier County, Prince William County, or Northern Virginia
