What You’ll Do — Command the Crew. Own the Site. Set the Standard.

As our Sewer Technician Team Lead, you will:

• Run full sewer replacement and repair projects with confidence and precision
• Operate an excavator and other heavy equipment safely and expertly
• Lead a small crew on job sites
• Diagnose sewer failures, plan the dig, and execute the solution

• Ensure all work meets code, quality, and AllTech performance standards

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, inspectors, and teammates
• Use modern tools, tablets, camera systems, and new technology to document and execute each job
• Keep the job site safe, clean, efficient, and ahead of schedule

You must have:

• 3 years of sewer repair/replacement experience

• Excavator operation experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong leadership instincts — you set the tone and drive the pace
• Ability to read ground, plan dig lines, and trouble-shoot obstacles
• Pride in quality workmanship and safe operation
