Responsibilities
- Conduct regular vehicle patrols throughout assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Assist law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
- Perform loss prevention activities by observing and intervening in potential theft or misconduct
Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
- Knowledge of conflict management strategies and de-escalation methods
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel
- Physical fitness to conduct patrols on foot or in a vehicle for extended periods
