Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position based in Texas. The Escrow Officer is responsible for managing real estate closings, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring accurate processing of escrow transactions. Key responsibilities include coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction process, preparing closing documents, disbursing funds, resolving title and settlement issues, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Closings and Escrow processes
- Current Notary Public certification (or ability to acquire certification where required)
- Strong knowledge of Residential Real Estate procedures and regulations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on providing client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the title or escrow industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate or title services are a plus
