Auto Body Estimator – Collision Repair Shop

We are a busy, family-owned collision repair shop in Boca Raton with over 18 years in business. Due to consistent volume, we are seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team.
This role is ideal for an estimator who wants job stability, strong pay, and a steady workflow, and who prefers to be hands-on in the shop, not just behind a desk.
Responsibilities:
- Write accurate, detailed collision repair estimates
- Inspect vehicles and document damages thoroughly
- Manage estimates from intake through repair completion
- Submit and manage insurance claims and supplements
- Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters
- Maintain organized, compliant, and timely paperwork
- Support daily shop operations in a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Auto Body Estimator (required)
- Strong working knowledge of CCC ONE
- Experience in a high-volume collision repair shop
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Education & Language
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must read, write, and speak English
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shop as needed
