Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Behave in a professional manner
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Inventory
- Diligent on the job
- Able to troubleshoot HVAC issues using the appropriate devices
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Must be able to work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures listed in the company handbook
- Able to lift 20 pounds daily, occasionally 50 pounds
- Able to climb up steps, ladders, and work at higher heights
- Able to work in small and restricted spaces
- Able to work in hot weather and/or attic spaces
- Able to pass drug screening, background check, and physical exam
- Tech savvy- able to fill out job information in Housecall pro app, input pictures, and complete all "paperwork" within a timely manner
- Self motivated
- Perform general HVAC maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer/ Service Tech or similar role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in HVAC work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites and routine jobs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
