Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking LMSW, LGPC, and LGMFT therapists / counselors in Maryland with experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQ individuals, particularly BIPOC clients. If that’s you, we’d love to set up a quick chat to explore whether partnering with Allswell is a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy in a telehealth setting, serving LGBTQ clients.
- Participate in free supervision sessions to support professional growth.
- Conduct assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of LGBTQ individuals.
- Commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling.

Sample Compensation
$50 per 60-Minute Intake Session
$40 per 45-Minute Session
$60 per 60-Minute Group Therapy Session
$30/hour for Meetings & Training
