Position Responsibilities: Process and reconcile nontrade invoices and payments, including utilities, marketing, and advertising, etc. Ensure correct sorting, matching, and approval of invoices/receipts by working with all levels of personnel in various departments. Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and entering account transactions. Assist with month-end close. Maintain monthly close reporting timetable and monitor progress against reporting cycle milestones. Provide efficient client service. Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Qualifications: 1 to 3 years’ accounts payable experience preferred. Previous PDI software experience preferred. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality required. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines required.
