Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Electronics & Semiconductor (Contract)
Duration: 6–12 months
Location: Portland, OR or Phoenix, AZ
We’re seeking a skilled Technical Sourcer to support hiring for advanced manufacturing and mission-critical projects, including data centers and semiconductor facilities. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top Electrical & Electronic Engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain pipelines for specialized engineering roles
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced techniques
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence research
- Partner with hiring managers to refine technical requirements
- Track activity using ATS/CRM tools (LinkedIn, Avature)
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience
- Strong background in Electronics or Semiconductor hiring
- Experience sourcing Electrical/Electronic Engineers
- Excellent stakeholder communication and market insight skills
Salary : $35 - $40
