Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support business licensing and regulatory compliance activities. This role involves managing license applications, coordinating with government agencies, and ensuring adherence to state and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end business and contractor license applications
- Ensure compliance with state, county, and city regulations
- Communicate with licensing agencies and internal teams
- Research and interpret regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate licensing records and documentation
- Support vendor registrations, bonds, insurance, and related compliance needs
- Assist with audits and special projects
Requirements:
- 2 years of licensing, compliance, or related experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree or Paralegal certification
