What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Asset Technician position at AllSTEM Connections?
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on team member to support IT equipment logistics and asset management. This role is less about deep technical troubleshooting and more about coordination, inventory control, documentation, and device provisioning.
You will help manage the day-to-day flow of IT equipment — receiving shipments, checking in new devices, setting up laptops and phones for new hires, handling returns, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with equipment shipping and repairs.
