This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer located in greater Annapolis, MD. The GNC Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing control systems for advanced aerospace projects. Daily responsibilities include algorithm development, simulation, systems modeling, and providing technical support for engineering and performance assessments. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure project objectives are met.
- Proficiency in Guidance, Navigation, and Control system design and analysis
- Advanced experience in algorithm development, systems modeling, and simulation
- Ability to analyze complex engineering systems and optimize performance using technical tools
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and other engineering software tools
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and documentation processes
- US Citizenship or the ability to meet security requirements for government projects
