Composite Technician

Pay Rate : $19/hour on W2
Job Overview:
Under supervision, assist in manufacturing and assembling composite aircraft components in a loud production environment using pre-defined methods and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare molds and materials (cut, mark, shape)
Drill, trim, sand, and assemble parts to specifications
Assist with composite lay-up and vacuum bagging
Use adhesives, rivets, and fasteners for assembly
Perform surface prep, sanding, and spray painting
Mix resins and check material expiration dates
Maintain records and organized workspace
Follow safety procedures and company regulations
Requirements:
Hardworking and reliable
Mechanically inclined (mechanics preferred)
Assembly experience (minimum 1 year required)
Blueprint reading is a plus (not mandatory)
Able to lift 25–50 lbs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read instructions and perform basic math
Familiar with tools, measurements, and blueprints
Able to work in loud environments and lift up to 50 lbs
