Job Title: Drug Delivery Test & Evaluation Engineer
Location: Boston, MA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Overview:
Seeking a hands-on engineer to support testing and evaluation of drug delivery devices (inhalers, nasal systems). This role combines lab experimentation, engineering, and data analysis to ensure product performance and readiness for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans for drug delivery devices and formulations
- Perform lab testing on aerosol/pulmonary systems and analyze results
- Develop new testing methods and custom setups as needed
- Document work per Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams
- Prepare technical reports and present findings
Requirements:
- 3β5 years experience (Biomedical Engineering or related)
- Experience with aerosol/pulmonary testing equipment (particle size analyzers, cascade impactors, etc.)
- Strong lab, data analysis, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with GDP and safe handling of powders/aerosols
Nice to Have:
- UHPLC or optical measurement experience
- Knowledge of ISO/FDA medical device regulations
- SolidWorks or 3D CAD experience
Hands-on lab role ideal for candidates experienced in testing and validating medical or drug delivery devices.
Salary : $65 - $70
