Position: Night Warehouse Supervisor & Domestic Operations
Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Job Description:
As part of our Operations team, you are the lifeline between our transportation department and our customers. You will work in a fast-paced industry with state of the art automation. In this role, you will supervise nighttime warehouse operations including inbound and outbound freight while also managing responsibilities that support domestic operations. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain smooth warehouse activity, and set priorities to meet expectations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nighttime warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound freight flow.
- Oversee and support warehouse staff to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Track and trace shipments, updating customers and internal systems accordingly.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure on-time service.
- Apply knowledge of industry processes and business regulations in daily operations.
- Identify and resolve problems as they arise, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 100% in-office, on-site required
- Organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and accomplish work in both warehouse and operations settings.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain constructive working relationships.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Minimum 2 years of operational experience in logistics or transportation.
- Forklift certification required.
