A day in the life of a Virtual Auto Damage Adjuster:
• The Adjusting Function is responsible for verifying policy coverage and limits.
• The Adjusting function investigates and evaluates damage; estimates damages losses, or total indemnity; and/or negotiates and settles claims. Auto claims involve the evaluation and resolution of physical damages to vehicles.
• Under limited supervision, this job is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired.
• The individual virtually or physically inspects damage to a vehicle (which may include automobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles and recreational vehicles), writes damage repair estimates, completes total loss valuations and negotiates moderately complex and occasionally complex settlements with repair facilities, tow yards, customers, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use.
• This individual is also responsible for explaining coverage, estimates, claims, settlement, and rental processes to agents and/or customers.
• The individual delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention. This role may be performed in an office, virtually, drive-in location or in the Field.
• The individual provides work guidance and direction to less senior employees. The individual works independently, prioritizing the individual's own responsibilities, and managing the individual's own workload.
• The individual also consistently meets band level behaviors, production, quality, and/or customer service goals.
• In our virtual environment, adjusters are required to engage and participate on camera during online meetings and trainings.

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• You have 18 months or more of Auto Estimating / Body Shop / Insurance Experience
• You have prior experience using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One
• You enjoy the ability to work independently starting your day from home, and potentially traveling to various locations to restore peoples’ lives through outstanding customer service
• Previous customer service experience
• Value providing an effortless customer service experience
• Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Are known for clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
• Being bilingual and/or having prior military experience is a plus
When will I work?
• 8:00 am - 4:30 PM local time
This position is not available for California, Alaska, and Hawaii residents.

Key Responsibilities :
• Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner
• Efficiently write or review accurate estimates and supplements based on photos/ video/ physical inspection
• Review, reconcile, and negotiate with, repair facilities, customers and claimants
• Perform parts searches
• Primarily virtual role with travel for physical inspection within local market
• Work in multiple workstreams (Quick Foto Claims, Waivers, Virtual Assist, Tech Reviews, Total loss, Estimate Share)
• Use data and analytics to problem solve and contribute to team goals by sharing ideas and opinions
• Flexibility to work independently as part of a virtual team

Compensation offered for this role is $52,500.00-$83,250.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
