Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in prospecting and onboarding new customers to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services aligned with their requirements.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through diligent follow-ups and sustained engagement.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team to establish, track, and achieve marketing targets.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to guide clients through available insurance options, ensuring a tailored solution.
Requirements:
- Connecticut Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with persuasive presentation abilities.
- A self-driven and enthusiastic team player possessing strong organizational skills.
· Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years prior insurance sales experience
· Experience quoting multiple lines of insurance.
