Insurance Account Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth within the insurance market. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients understand their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote services.

Experience

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service, retail sales, or outside sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
