This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer located in Amarillo, TX. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of the premises, responding to alarm activations, conducting regular patrols, and maintaining accurate incident reports. The officer will also collaborate with local law enforcement as needed to handle emergent situations and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Proven experience in security operations, alarm response, and incident management
- Strong observation and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in stressful situations
- Basic knowledge of security systems and technology
- Possession of relevant security certifications and training
